The traditional timber fascia and soffitt boards around the the roof line have been removed and replaced with uPVC products. This has eliminated wood decay and regular painting of the fascia and soffitts.

The gallery below shows the process from start to finish.

Step 1:

Existing roof prior to commencement of work.

Step 2:

Tiles removed.

Step 3:

Perished eaves felt and lathes removed.

Step 4:

Timber fascia board removed.

Step 5:

New felt, lathes and bird combing installed.

Step 6:

Tiles replaced, new uPVC fascia and guttering.

Step 7:

Completion.
